Rob & Deborah have been involved in showing dogs since 1985. Their first dalmatian gained her Champion title very quickly and was rarely not in the winner’s circle. Dalmatians are their chosen breed but they have also shown and bred Shih Tzu's. Under the kennel prefix ‘Krystaway’, Deborah and Robert have bred, owned, handled 6 Grand Champions and 4 Supreme Champions as well as multiple Champions, winning multiple Best In Show and Best In Specialty Show awards. Sup Ch Krystaway Glitterati, ‘Bella’ has been Australia’s No 1 Dalmatian All Systems for the past two years, 2017 & 2018 and the No 1 Show Dog of the Year (Bitch) - Non-Sporting Group – Australia.  Ch Krystaway Imagine Dragons was the 2018 No 1 Rising Star Dalmatian, Australia.

Both are All Breeds judges and approved Assessors commencing their judging careers in 1999. They are involved in Judges Training, with Deborah the Group 7 Coordinator and Rob the Assistant Coordinator. He was elected to the DOGS NSW Board of Directors in 2017 and is a member the Finance Committee and Show Committee. He is also Chair of The Compliance Investigation Panel which verifies and monitors colour in nominated breeds and the Strategic Management Committee. He is the DOGS NSW representative for the ANKC Show Judges Training Committee.

In addition, they are active ring stewards, mentors for Trainee Judges and are members of Specialty and All Breeds Clubs. Both have been President of The Dalmatian Club of NSW and Secretary of the National Dalmatian Council. Robert is the President & Deborah the Secretary of the Wollongong & District Kennel Club. Deborah is also Secretary of The Non Sporting Dog Club of NSW. They have both judged internationally, including Ireland, UK, Japan, Scandinavia, Thailand, India, Switzerland, South Africa and across Australia and New Zealand. Deborah was the Manager of the Sydney Royal Dog Show, the largest and most prestigious show in the country. She has also been given the honour of being listed in the Who’s Who of Australian Women and awarded a Commendation for Bravery. Robert is now retired from the Police Service and is keen golfer and motorbike enthusiast.
